To order digital images or reproduction prints of images in the Frank M. Hohenberger Photograph Collection, please contact the Lilly Library at Indiana University by e-mail at liblilly@indiana.edu.
When contacting us, please supply your name, telephone number, fax number (if applicable), e-mail address, and postal address. For each photograph ordered, please specify the location code, quantity, print size (5x7 or 8x10), and finish (pearl, matte, or glossy), or if you would prefer a digital image (JPG or TIF file). The most important piece of information is the location code. This code identifies which particular image you are interested in. Location codes are displayed above each image when browsing or searching the database. Some examples of location codes are:
- 3x5; Item: 78
- 5x7; Box 3; Item: 4
- South Carolina, 1938; Item: 41
Pricing information is available at http://www.indiana.edu/~liblilly/programs-reproductions.shtml. An invoice for the total amount and with information on how to pay by check or credit card will be included with the reproductions.
Reproductions ordered are for personal use only. Permission to use otherwise must be obtained in advance from the Lilly Library.
