  |    I changed the schema to handle cases where the derivation process
  |    is to be documented in this block, but not able to be automated.
  |    Specifically, I made the sourceRecord tag, and the uri attribute
  |    for the derivationProcess tag optional.  I also made the
  |    derivationProcess tag mixed so that some description could be added
  |    to document the derivation process.
