Hooker to Berry Letter

Letter from Bloomington Mayor John Hooker to Monroe County Prosecutor Thomas Berry. Hooker wanted a Grand Jury investigation into the so-called "Ballantine lock-in" to determine whether any crime took place, in order to levy charges against the students involved.
